Bike Hire

Our electric fleet consists of superior “Step-through” aluminium framed cycles with powerful 36 volt electric hub motors driven by superior 10Ah Lithium batteries.  The City Light 2 has proved very reliable with the motor, controller and battery working well together to give a fine riding. A good bike for the inexperienced or nervous hirer.  The FreeGo Hawk has more controls for a more exhillarating ride.

We deliver the bike to you at the time of your booking and collect it afterwards. The battery is fully charged when delivered to you.  If you are willing to do some pedalling, your range is up to 30 miles, if not, the Twist and Go control should give you about 15 miles – depending on the conditions

All bikes come with pump, helmet, pannier, mains charger and extension lead.

Riders must be at last 14 years old (by law).  Otherwise there are no specific licence or insurancerequirements.  All our electric bikes are fully road legal
