Our workshops are primarily set up to service and repair all the electric bikes that we sell. Each of our brands is backed by a spares policy so that the electric bikes bought from us are sustainable.
Our trained mechanics can try and help owners of other bikes, but unless the bike is from a recognised brand that is still trading, due to the multiplicity of different parts, we may not be able to help.
There follows details of two services for electric bikes and a battery test which we recommend to owners to ensure that their bikes remain serviceable.
All the bikes sold by us are eligible for a first free 6-week service to ensure that everything is operating properly.
The Full Service is designed for an electric bike that has had moderate to heavy use, to ensure that it is operating properly and to prepare it for the next period of use. However, we have priced each part individually for those who wish to pick and choose parts of the service.
The Interim Service is designed for electric bikes that have had light use and need checking over before the next period of use.
The battery service is for those batteries outside their guarantee period to ascertain how they are performing or to check whether your charger is working properly. There is no charge for testing a battery or charger under warranty. The discharge test may take 1.5 – 2.5 hours. Additionally, there will be the charging time.
